Job description
McLaren Health Care, headquartered in Grand Blanc, Michigan, is seeking a Nurse Navigator for the Lansing Neurosurgery Clinic in Lansing. You will provide direct patient care and coordinate care for patients and families, eliminating barriers to timely care and guiding them through the system.
Required: nursing degree, state RN licensure, three years of related experience, and BLS certification for Rural Health Designation where applicable.
