Job description
The Nurse Navigator at University of Kentucky will work with patients and the clinical care team to guide timely, quality care and help overcome barriers to access, from initial diagnosis through testing, treatment and follow-up.
The ideal candidate is a Kentucky-licensed RN, with BSN and at least 1 year of experience, and will obtain an advanced national nursing certification within 2 years. Proficiency with electronic health records and MS Office is preferred.
