Job description
Hartford HealthCare, at Hartford Hospital, invites you to join the Orthopaedic Trauma Nurse Navigator team. You will support patients across the continuum of care, advocating for patients and educating families during recovery.
The role requires a BSN, an active CT RN license, and about two years of clinical nursing experience; a Master’s is preferred. You will lead quality initiatives and help connect patients with services.
