Job description
Baptist Health in Miami is seeking a Nurse Navigator to coordinate care across the continuum, educate patients, and support decision making. You will advocate for patients and collaborate with the care team to improve throughput and satisfaction, while monitoring outcomes and contributing to quality improvement.
Minimum 3 years of hospital or managed care experience is expected; BSN preferred; active RN license required; bilingual abilities are a plus.
