Job description
GW MFA in Washington, DC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Navigator to join the multidisciplinary care team. The role leverages clinical nursing expertise to support education, advocacy, and care coordination in the clinic.
Essential duties include following up on test results with providers, preparing clinic notes for new and returning patients, coordinating follow-up visits and referrals, and participating in quality improvement initiatives while training support staff.
