Job description
The GW Medical Faculty Associates is seeking a qualified Nurse Navigator to provide proficient nursing care for individuals or groups with less predictable problems and to lead in implementing high-quality nursing care.
This position will support the Renal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine departments, requiring collaboration with healthcare professionals to develop and execute comprehensive care plans and to educate patients as needed.
