Job description
A medical faculty association in Washington is seeking a qualified Nurse Navigator to provide expert nursing care to patients with less predictable health issues. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, develop nursing care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while supporting the departments of Renal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine. A D.C. Registered Nurse license and an Associate's degree in Nursing are required for this full-time position.
