Job description
North Cape Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing facility in Northfield, NJ, seeks a Nurse Practice Educator, RN to lead clinical education and support practice excellence. In this on-site role, you will assess learning needs, design and deliver orientation and ongoing training, and coach nurses and CNAs at the bedside to ensure safe, evidence-based, resident‑centered care. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve quality metrics, support regulatory readiness, and foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous professional growth within the Genesis network.
