nBell-Clinica Familiar Medical Corp is looking for a passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team in Bell, CA. nResponsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings
nDiagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in a family medicine setting
nDevelop and manage individualized patient care plans
nPrescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
nOrder and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging
nProvide preventive care, health education, and wellness counseling to patients and families
nCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and care team members to ensure coordinated patient care
nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
nRequirements:
nActive Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of California
nMaster's degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
nCurrent DEA certification and ability to prescribe medications
nBoard certification through AANP or ANCC required
nExperience in family medicine, primary care, or a related clinical setting preferred
nStrong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) a plus
nCompassionate, patient-focused demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
nProficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
