nWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/ physician Assistant to join our team. nDuties:
nProvide comprehensive medical care to patients, including conducting thorough patient assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medications as necessary.
nWork closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and other advanced practice nurses, to develop and implement patient care plans.
nPerform procedures such as dialysis, ventilator management, and specimen collection and processing.
nEducate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and prevention strategies.
nUtilize medical terminology to accurately document patient information and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
nCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve healthcare services.
nProvide patient education and support in the operating room setting.
nExperience:
nCurrent licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/ PA in the state of IN.
nExcellent patient assessment and communication skills.
nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
nExperience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
nNEW GRADUATES without experience will also be considered.
nJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
nPay: From $125,000.00 per year Full Time (40 Hrs/week)
nExpected hours: 25 PT – 40 FT
