Job description
Personalized Health Partners is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care to adults, including geriatric patients, at our River Oaks Healthcare Center in Clarksburg, WV. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with no on-call, weekends, or holiday coverage, and includes a $10k sign-on bonus for successful hire.
