Your Role and Responsibilities

Conducting detailed patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and constructing personalized care plans

Identifying and managing acute and chronic conditions in consultation with fellow healthcare providers or independently based on your credentials

Guiding patients and their families in health education, prevention strategies, and long-term wellness

Prescribing medications and therapies consistent with your scope of practice

Taking part in follow-up care and management of chronic conditions

Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records in electronic medical systems

Essential Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Graduation from an accredited NP program

Mandatory Certifications

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to acquire within 90 days)
