Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Perform follow-up visits and coordinate patient care
Collaborate closely with interventional pain physicians
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Pain management, PM&R, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Neurology, or related experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Passion for helping patients improve function and quality of life
