Position Overview: As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Family Health Care, you will play a vital role in delivering primary healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages. You will work closely with our team of physicians, nurse practitioner, and support staff to provide comprehensive care, diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, and promote overall health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories
Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and provide patient education
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Promote preventive care and wellness strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Idaho
Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to patient-centered care and compassion for patients of all ages
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
