This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview
Full-time (3.5 days/week) within Monday - Friday. No nights or weekends.
Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation.
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations.
Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns.
Provide brief interventions and behavioral management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
Compensation and Benefits
Estimated compensation range of $120,000 - $160,000 annually with no cap on productivity income.
Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted New York license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C.
Active DEA or willingness to obtain.
All experience levels as a PMHNP or Psych PA welcome to apply.
Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.
