Job Summary We are seeking either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an open role with an established Internal Medicine Practice. Job Qualifications/Job Duties Active PA PA or NP certification Current CPR; ACLS/BLS preferred Strong communication and clinical skills Provide high-quality primary care in collaboration with physicians and staff Manage your own patient panel with clinical independence Educate and support patients and families Help improve care processes and outcomes Compensation Competitive pay: $115,000-$145,000 plus potential sign-on bonus Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Employer retirement contribution and HSA options Generous PTO, holidays, and parental leave Tuition reimbursement and continuing education Wellness and employee assistance programs Student loan assistance and tuition reimbursement options
