nResponsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
nOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
nCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
nMaintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
nRequirements:
nActive Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New Jersey
nMaster's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
nCurrent national NP board certification (AANP or ANCC)
nValid DEA license and prescriptive authority in NJ
nExperience in a clinical, primary care, or specialty care setting preferred
nProficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
nStrong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered care skills
nBLS/ACLS certification required
