Nurse Practitioner Highlights Pay Rate:$74.87 per hour(W2) Schedule:37.5 hours/week—three weekdays + every other weekend(weekends/holidays may be part of rotation) Work Setting:On-site / patient-facing(Charlotte, NC 28273) Job Type:Temporary(estimated26 weeks) Start Date:08/21/2026(per job record) Responsibilities Provide primary and family evidence-based care includingassessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning Perform routine exams and diagnostic testing; coordinate with other healthcare professionals to support a comprehensive plan of care Support positive patient outcomes through education, wellness services, screenings, and chronic condition management Handle clinic administrative duties including (as needed): opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment Requirements Must have:Minimum1 year of recent Primary Care experienceas a Nurse Practitioner (family medicine, primary care practice, or urgent care) Education/Certification:Master’s degree levelFamily Nurse Practitionerprogram withcurrent National Board Certification Licensure:ActiveNP license in the state of employment(multi-state licensure preferred; willingness to obtain additional state licenses) BLS:Required(AHA or ARC) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills; ability to work autonomously Comfortable with information management/technology and electronic medical systems (EMR/EMS) Submission requirements (must be included with resume): Completed candidate questionnaire: NP/PA license in the state applied for? License in good standing (no current/prior disciplinary actions)? NPI # Primary care experience (length/type) EMR/EMS used Planned time off? Working with a CVS recruiter for a permanent role? Open to occasional float/travel beyond distance if needed?
