Job description
Ponos Management Inc. seeks a Nurse Practitioner to oversee a unique membership population with chronic disease management. This role supports hematology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology patients and includes telehealth and in-home visits within a 30-mile radius of designated Virginia counties.
Successful candidates will have a Virginia NP license, 3+ years of clinical experience, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Travel within Virginia is required; bilingual abilities are a plus.
