Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our healthcare professionals while ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients on treatment, prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.
Qualifications: NP / MSN (or advanced practitioner degree)
Current NP CA License - Board Certification
Exceptional ability to connect and collaborate for impactful patient and team interactions.
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork
1+ years of clinical experience as a NP in a related area preferred.
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
