nnnFour 10-hour shifts

nnDay shift

n nNurse Practitioner (NP) Duties & Responsibilities:
nnnPerform comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and medical histories.
n
nnDiagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions.
n
nnOrder, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
n
nnPrescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans within scope of practice.
n
nnEducate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and health maintenance.
n
nnCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
n
nnMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
n
nnDocument patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
n
nnPromote preventive care and wellness through patient education and screenings.
n
nnEnsure compliance with clinical guidelines, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
n
n n**Minimum Qualifications **
nnnCurrent, valid, and unrestrictedCO license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
n
nnMinimum of 1 yearof recent experience as aNurse Practitioner in the last 3 years.
n
nnCopy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
n
nnCopy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,..)
n
