Job description
Heartland Health Services - Central Illinois is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, day-shift role at Sheridan and Wisconsin site locations in Peoria, IL. The APN/PA provides medical services to individuals and families under the guidance of the Site Medical Director.
The position focuses on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions, in coordination with physicians and staff.
