nJob Summary We are seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our compassionate and collaborative healthcare team in either Deltona or Lake Mary, Florida.
nIn this vital role, you will take the lead in managing patient care while working closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver outstanding outcomes. Your clinical expertise and patient-centered approach will play a key role in elevating the quality of care we provide.
nKey Responsibilities:
nPerform comprehensive physical exams, make accurate diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans
nEducate and empower patients to take an active role in their health
nCollaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
nMentor and support clinical staff to promote continuous learning and teamwork
nUtilize advanced EMR systems and AI-powered tools to streamline documentation and enhance patient communication

nClinical Experience:
nExperience working in Family Medicine setting with minimum 1 year (out-patient, hospital, etc.)
nFamiliarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
nQualifications:
nMaster’s degree in Nursing.
nValid Nurse Practitioner license.
nAccredited NP program completion, with a focus on Primary Care.
nExcellent communication and patient management skills.
nStrong ability to work independently and in a team.
nActive BLS/ CPR certification
nValid Driver's License
