Job description
Supportive Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team and provide high-quality patient care. You will diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses, prescribe medications, and perform comprehensive physical exams.
You will collaborate with physicians and other specialists, develop patient management policies, and facilitate referrals to ensure seamless care for our patients in a fast-paced setting.
