Job description

Seeking a full-time, board-certified ARNP with experience in Adult Primary Care, Gerontology or Family Medicine. In this position, you will offer coverage across six sites in Seattle, West Seattle, Kent, Renton, Redmond, and occasionally in Everett South. This is an excellent learning opportunity with the flexibility to work with supportive Geriatric Medicine colleagues.

nnnOutpatient setting with some home visits

nn8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule

n

nnMinimum of 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates with geriatric nursing or long-term care RN experience are welcome to apply

nnInterdisciplinary model of care, working with a team of professionals

n

nnFlexibility in practice with geriatric medicine group, great learning opportunity

n

nnCompensation is between $136,928 and $188,781 per year

n

nnThe compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits

nProvidence PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a federally recognized program and the first of its kind in Washington, serving older adults since 1990. With 4 centers across the Seattle metro area, Providence PACE provides comprehensive, community-based care for adults age 55 and older. The program offers fully coordinated Medicare- and Medicaid-covered services and much more, including all medical and nursing care, rehabilitation services, home health, long-term care, and social support, helping participants remain as active and independent as possible.
