Job description
Details of Opening:
Start date: ASAP
Mon-Fri, and once a month on a Sunday and take a weekday off 8-5pm
EMR: EPIC
Face to face hospice visits, working with the team and being a resource for home aids
45-50 visits a month.
Job Qualifications :
California NP & RN licenses
DEA, NPI, MSN, AANP/ANCC certification, BLS
3+ years of hospice or palliative care experience
ACHPN certification required within one year
