Job description
Rochester Regional Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner for Bergen Family Medicine in the Primary Care - Family Medicine department. The role is scheduled for days, Monday–Friday, with a full-time commitment in Bergen, NY.
You will take complex histories, perform exams, order tests, and develop treatment plans with supervising physicians to provide high-quality patient care. Strong communication and documentation are essential.
