FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER OPPORTUNITY
nNorthwest Fort Worth, TEXAS
nTexas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner opening for a thriving Family Practice clinic. Physicians and staff work very closely together to integrate all aspects of general family medicine and, provide the highest quality of medical services to their patients from newborns to adults. Focus is on preventive care to maximize a patient's health and quality of life.

nnnMonday - Friday, Full Time Schedule

nnWell-established, successful multi-provider practice in a highly desirable area

nnEPIC EMR documentation system

n nREQURIMENTS:
nnnGraduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's program
n
nnFNP Certification and Texas license required
n
nnMinimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
n
n nThe Nurse Practitioner ('NP') Must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program and have a current RN license for the State of Texas.
nCertified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.
nThe NP will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
nThe NP's duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only
