Join a Thriving Primary Care Team in Longmont, Colorado FNP/PA | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Supportive Team
Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado. Position Highlights
Flexible scheduling:
4-day work week option available
Outpatient clinic: M-F schedule with no weekends
18-20 patients per day in a busy, well-established clinic
36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time
Limited shared call (phone consult only)
Medical assistants, front desk, and leadership support

featuring fresh paint, updated flooring, new artwork, and modern furniturecreating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff
Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
Qualifications
2+ years post-graduate experience in an outpatient primary care setting required
Board Certified FNP
Valid Colorado license (or ability to obtain one)
Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $120,000-$145,000 (based on experience) plus incentives
