Make a Meaningful Impact as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner – Civilian Opportunity at Dumfries Health Center (Prince William County, VA)
Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a civilian Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at the Dumfries Health Center in Prince William County, Virginia . This is your chance to deliver high-quality care to our nation’s active‑duty military members and their families — in a setting that prioritizes work‑life balance, patient‑centered care, and professional fulfillment .
Position Highlights:
Full‑Time, Predictable Schedule: 40 hours/week
One Saturday shift every 4–5 weeks
Manageable Patient Load: See just 17 to 19 patients per day , allowing you to focus on delivering quality care — not quantity
Outpatient‑Only Practice
Supportive, Team‑Oriented Environment with minimal administrative burden
Appreciative and Compliant Patient Population

Qualifications:
Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
Active NP license in accordance with state board requirements
Current DEA registration and BLS certification
U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)
