Job description
Optum is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, per assessment, to join our HouseCalls team in Apache County, Arizona. This role offers flexible schedules and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates, with 7-day week flex scheduling and no on-call or holidays.
You will conduct in-home assessments, review medical history, perform exams, and coordinate care to improve patient outcomes while avoiding gaps in treatment. Travel within the region is required where needed.
