Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care/Family Medicine:

Qualifications:
* Must be a Nurse Practitioner / FNP
* Ability to treat the full lifespan (children, adolescents, adults)
* Active NY State License
* Active DEA or eligible
* Bilingual Spanish a plus
