Job description
Gilder Search Group is assisting a Skilled Nursing Facility in St. Albans, VT to hire a full-time Nurse Practitioner for primary care of long-term residents.
In-person role, Monday–Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance and compassionate patient care. The ideal candidate holds a VT NP license, DEA registration, and board certification (FNP/AGNP/AGPCNP); geriatrics experience is preferred.
