nProject New Generation LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team in Glendale, AZ. nResponsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
nDiagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across patient populations
nDevelop and implement individualized patient care plans
nPrescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines
nOrder and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging
nEducate patients and families on health management, prevention, and wellness
nCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system
nRequirements:
nActive Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
nMaster's degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
nCurrent national NP board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
nActive DEA license or ability to obtain one
nExperience in primary care, family practice, or related clinical setting preferred
nStrong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and diagnostic skills
nExcellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner
nProficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
