Job description
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Contract Length: 3 months Location: Hoschton, GA 30548
Primary Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
Provide evidence-based primary and family care.
Perform health assessments and routine physical examinations.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Develop and manage treatment plans.
Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and chronic disease management.
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
Complete administrative duties, including: Clinic opening/closing
Inventory management
Patient follow-up
Insurance verification
Payment collection
Maintaining a clean clinical environment
Preferred Skills
Chronic disease management.
Quality metrics/value-based care experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs).
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
