Job description
Curana Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high‑quality primary care to seniors across our communities. You will lead patient care, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and manage preventative and chronic conditions in skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living environments.
You will practice with autonomy, supported by experienced clinicians and advanced technology, while traveling among facilities as needed.
