About the Role:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients across various settings. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs. Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in behavioral health or family counseling.
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
Previous experience in a community health setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' health status and needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
Provide family and patient counseling to support mental and emotional well-being.
Administer behavioral health services, including therapy and medication management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
