Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a GI Nurse Practitioner to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide advanced gastroenterology care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up for patients with digestive and liver conditions. You will collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary staff, perform and assist with GI procedures, interpret diagnostic tests, and deliver patient and family education.
