Job Description
A Lancaster, California based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or General Practice Physician to join an interdisciplinary team in Lancaster. An ideal candidate can be a new graduate, should practice excellent, evidence-based patient care, and should be comfortable treating all ages.
Required Qualifications
CA medical license
CA DEA certificate before start date
CA driver s license in good standing
CPR certification
Board certified in field
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent or proficient in Medical Spanish
Responsibilities
Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages
Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results
Complete annual wellness exams in office and occasional home visits
Perform therapeutic procedures with prioritizing preventative care
Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
