Job description
Northwell Health is seeking qualified clinicians to perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and communicate care plans, and conduct daily rounds in a high-volume setting.
The role requires NYS PA or NP licensure with NCCPA or national NP certification, and BLS. Candidates should be prepared to coordinate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe discharge and post-discharge instructions.
