nPosition Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with 1-3 years of experience who is proficient in IV therapy, trigger point injections, and joint injections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient assessment, treatment planning, and hands-on procedures to help patients manage pain and improve mobility. Familiarity with the benefits of chiropractic care, acupuncture, and massage therapy is preferred.
nKey Responsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
nDevelop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
nAdminister IV therapy, trigger point injections, and joint injections to alleviate pain and improve patient function.
nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic patient care.
nMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
nEducate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies.
nParticipate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
nQualifications: Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of California.
n1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
nProven expertise in administering IV therapy, trigger point injections, and joint injections.
nFamiliarity with the benefits of chiropractic care, acupuncture, and massage therapy.
nStrong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills.
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive patient relationships.
nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

nCompensation & Benefits:
nHourly pay rate: $45 to $85 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
