Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) – Optum Soper Hill | Marysville, WA
Looking to practice in a collaborative, patient-focused primary care setting? Optum Washington is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Soper Hill Primary Care team in Marysville, Washington, where you'll have the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while working within a supportive, team-based care model.
About the Role
As part of Optum's clinician-led care organization, you'll manage your own patient panel and provide comprehensive outpatient primary care. This full-time position offers a four-day workweek and the support of an integrated care team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through preventive care, patient education, and chronic disease management.
What You'll Do
Provide outpatient primary care services in a clinic-based setting.
Manage and grow your own patient panel.
See an average of 18 to 22 patients per day with 30-minute appointment slots.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, medical assistants, pharmacists, and support staff.
Participate in a team-based model focused on prevention and chronic disease management.
Utilize Epic EMR with integrated AI documentation tools.
What You'll Bring
Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Washington state license or ability to obtain before start date.
DEA registration or ability to obtain before start date.
Current BLS and ACLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.
One or more years of provider experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing an ambulatory patient panel.
