Job description
Crossroads Treatment Centers in Morristown, TN is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic. You will prescribe appropriate medications and treatments, complete medical documentation, and collaborate with staff to provide holistic care.
Injections are part of the duties. The role requires NP certification in the state, with DEA licensure, and may require additional state-specific education or certifications.
