Job description
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic in Jacksboro, TN. You will prescribe medications and treatments, complete documentation, and collaborate with the clinic team to provide holistic care and referrals.
The role includes injections and scheduling responsibilities within a full-time, 32-hour weekly framework at our primary center, with competitive benefits and W-2 employment.
