Job Description
Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling. Perform routine examinations, diagnostic tests, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Manage patient appointments, verify insurance, and collect payments while maintaining a clean environment. Encourage patient participation in healthcare activities like screenings and chronic condition management. Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up with patients to promote positive health outcomes.
Critical Information
Remote, onsite, or hybrid: Onsite as needed
Shift/hours: FT 38/27, every other weekend, with possible holiday rotations
Compliance/submission notes: All MinuteClinic positions are safety sensitive and may require participation in on-call rotations
Environment
Clinical setting with collaborative clinical care team
Education/Licenses Needed
Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program
Current National Board Certification
State license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse
Verify BLS from ARC or AHA; include screenshot of license
