Job Description Job Description Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as Associate Medical Director of Adult Medicine . This is a hybrid leadership and clinical role supporting high-quality care for diverse and underserved populations.Schedule Monday-Friday
• 1 administrative/leadership day
• 4 clinical days
Compensation $150K - $200K annually
Annual leadership stipend
Signing bonus
Loan repayment eligibility
Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and provider mentorship
Support quality initiatives and care coordination
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and provider evaluations
Deliver full-scope adult primary care
Collaborate on policy development and program design
Requirements Active CA NP license
Board certified
3+ years clinical experience
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Community health or underserved experience is a plus
