Family Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Community Health Minersville, PA A respected and mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) one of the largest community-based networks in Pennsylvania is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its outpatient clinic in Minersville, PA . Position Overview Outpatient-only primary care practice
Full-time, 40-hour work week , including 35 hours of direct patient care
Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM , with one weekly evening shift until 7:00 8:00 PM
PCMH model collaborative, team-based care approach
Full-scope Family Medicine , treating patients of all ages
Visit durations:
New patients: minutes
Follow-ups/med management: minutes
Supportive environment with experienced physicians, behavioral health integration, and nursing staff
