Job description
Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Level 1 AP Clinic
Contract | In-Office | Vinita, OK, United States
Start Date: 09/14/2026
End Date: 12/19/2026
Shift Details
4 x 10‑hour shifts per week, Monday–Friday
Alternating Monday and Friday off
Patient quota: 16–20 patients per shift (15–20 average daily for routine and drop‑in/acute care)
Responsibilities
Provide primary‑care evaluation and management for adult and pediatric patients (all ages, low acuity routine care).
Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records (Cerner preferred).
Submit case logs during orientation.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
Active Oklahoma license as a Nurse Practitioner.
Board certification (preferred).
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
Ability to manage care for adult and pediatric patients in a primary‑care clinic.
Experience with Cerner (preferred, not required).
Must provide five peer or supervisory references (three required during onboarding).
If military, DD214 required.
