nSchedule: Full-time, 36 hours/week | Rotating days, nights, weekends, Sunday-Saturday
nCaseload: 100% Pediatrics/Neonatal | 100% Inpatient
nHenry Ford Health seeks a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our neonatology team providing Level III neonatal care. You'll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment delivering high-quality patient care. New graduates welcome.
nKey Responsibilities:
nnDeliver comprehensive neonatal care to Level III NICU patients
nPerform bedside procedures and clinical assessments
nAttend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal support
nCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
nProvide family-centered care and communication
nContribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence
nAdvance clinical skills in Level III NICU practice
n nWe seek candidates with strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for neonatal medicine.
nnQualifications:
Qualifications
nRequired Qualifications
nnMaster's degree in Nursing from a CCNE or NLNAC-accredited Nurse Practitioner program
nCurrent Michigan Nurse Practitioner licensure (or proof of application in process)
nNational Board NNP Certification
nAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
nBasic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
nCurrent RN licensure in Michigan
nFederal DEA License (PAs only; NPs will provide Michigan license number during credentialing)
n nPreferred Qualifications
nnPrior neonatal or pediatric nursing experience
nExperience in Level III NICU settings
