nResponsibilities
nnnNeurology APP role focused on treating patients with movement disorders
n
nnOpportunity to learn DBS (Deep Brain Stimulator) monitoring and programming, as well as Botox for movement disorders and Vyalev Pump management.
n
nnFull time opportunity to join an established and growing outpatient practice within a large multi-hospital health system network
n
nnEach provider has a dedicated nurse - the team has experienced nurses with combined 175 years of experience in neurology
n
nnFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
n
nnNo call; 24/7 neurohospitalist support
n
n nQualifications
nnnNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
n
nnRequired Experience : Neurology RN experience or 2 years of APP experience
n
nnBoard Certified
n
nnHold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
n
nnHold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
n
nnEligible to work in the United States
n
